Are you able to choose mold materials that match the processed materials and processing methods?

If the mold material does not match the processing method, it can cause wear, damage, corrosion, and product defects! We analyze the parts and propose suitable materials! *Case study collection available.

Our company contributes to solving the problems faced by our customers, such as improving the lifespan of mold parts. One customer consulted us, saying, "We are punching work materials with a carbide punch, but the wear at the tip is severe. We want to extend the lifespan of the punch to increase productivity." In response, we analyzed the worn punch we received. It was determined that iron was adhering to the tip of the punch, promoting wear, so we proposed a carbide material that is less prone to iron adhesion. After implementing the countermeasures, despite the new material having a higher number of strokes, the amount of adhered work material decreased, resulting in less wear. [Case Study] [Before Countermeasure Material] ■ Number of Strokes: 500,000 to 1.5 million ■ Wear at Punch Tip: Approximately 0.8mm ↓ [After Countermeasure Material] ■ Number of Strokes: 1.8 million ■ Wear at Punch Tip: Approximately 0.2mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Examples of applications for super hard alloy hard alloys.

Excellent properties of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and acid resistance! We will propose suitable specifications according to your application.

This is an introduction to the application examples of our super hard alloy "Hardloy." "Powder metallurgy molds" are primarily used in the production of automotive parts, while "press molds" are used in the production of many parts, including automotive and electronic components. Additionally, we offer "carbide nozzles" and "slitter knives." As products that support the foundation of industry, we will continue to pursue Hardloy as a domestic alloy. 【Application Examples】 ■ Powder metallurgy molds ■ Press mold components ■ Carbide nozzles ■ Slitter knives *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
